Pecuniary Interests

There is a legal duty on all governors and staff to declare an interest likely to lead to questions of bias when considering any item of business at a meeting and for the governor or staff concerned to withdraw, if necessary, whilst the matter is considered.

At the start of every school year our Governors and staff complete a declaration for any interests that may be pertinent.

September 2022 - none of our Governing Body or staff, have any additional interests that would affect the management of Castleton School in any way.
